How quickly can you collect?
For same day work in and around Peterborough we aim to be with you within the hour. Further afield depends on where the nearest available vehicle is — tell us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
How much does a delivery cost?
Price depends on distance, the vehicle needed and how urgent it is. Every job is quoted as a fixed price before collection, so you know the full cost up front. Send us the two postcodes and what is moving and we will come straight back to you.
Are my goods insured?
Yes. We carry goods in transit cover as standard. If you are moving something high-value, tell us the value when you book so we can confirm it is covered and plan the job accordingly.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Peterborough and cover the whole of the UK mainland. Same day work is concentrated across the East of England, the Midlands and London; next day and scheduled work goes anywhere on the mainland.
Can you handle regular, scheduled deliveries?
That is a large part of what we do. Contract runs come with an agreed schedule, consistent drivers who learn your sites, agreed rates and a single monthly invoice.
What can you not carry?
Hazardous goods, livestock, and anything illegal or prohibited by our insurer. If you are unsure whether an item is suitable, ask us before booking and we will tell you either way.
